Terms and Conditions for Students


Tuition Fee:

YCC Offers a standard schedule of 3 sessions a week and 12 sessions a month against the fee charged to the students. However, we offer multiple schedules mentioned in the schedule section. The payments are always upfront and collected in US Dollars. The invoice paid at the time of enrollment is the signup amount and is for the upcoming 12 sessions. After 12 sessions with a teacher, the parents receive an invoice known as the recurring dues.

The system generates the invoice automatically on the completion of 12 sessions of the students within a month in the system. The due date of the invoice is considered the date of signup. The company accepts enrollments throughout the month, whereas the signups from the 20th till the end of the month will be allocated with a due date 20th of the following month for recurring dues. 



Your Cloud Campus emphasizes excellence and knowledge dissemination. We provide our clients with a market competitive charge that does not allow for any concessions in regular sessions.

As for discounts, we offer free class vouchers for any subject of interest to the referral party and publish time-to-time promotions on our social media outlets.


Mode of Payment:

An automated invoice is generated from our management system which is payable from any debit/credit card. The payer needs to click on the pay now button on the invoice. It will connect you to a page, where you can put your debit/credit card details and proceed.

Your Cloud Campus always offers a tried-and-true payment method. As it is integrated with our management system, adherence to the company’s provided payment option is always required.


Halt of Service:

Discontinuation from any service features a substantial reason. In case of discontinuation of the company services, the student/Parent must provide one-month prior notice and a legitimate reason.



The company offers multiple schedules for the ease of our students. Committing to our set schedule means that the students attend on the time slot designated to them during the week, and they may not change the time slot given without consulting the management team at Your Cloud Campus.

The student has to opt between Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday or Thursday, Friday, and Saturday as per their convenience.

Following are the available schedules we offer.

•        3 days a week Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday or Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

•        5 days a week Monday to Friday

•        6 days a week Monday to Saturday

•        2 days a week any two days from Monday Tuesday and Wednesday or Thursday Friday and Saturday.

One student can avail multiple schedules as per the requirement and time.


Campus Working Days & Timings:

Your Cloud Campus is open for six days a week. Our classes begin strongly at the beginning of every hour. Students must click on the start session within the student’s portal at the precise time. Delay from the student’s end won’t be compensated with overtime. The understudy has to connect on time to total the lesson which closes at 55mins of each hour. Our classes are 55 minutes classes which are alluded to as SESSIONS with no break within the center.

The set time duration of the Quran Class is 27 mins with no break within the center.


Makeover Policy:

Makeover class is the compensation for the missed class in case of teacher absence or unavailability for class. The student will be informed by the support center of Your Cloud Campus about the unavailability before the regular time.


Freeze Policy:

Freeze policy is for students who need a break up till 4 months. The Freeze policy of the company allows student to connect back on the same schedule or the schedule of their choice after their break with the same fee structure.

To avail of this opportunity, the parents of the students need to pay the full fee before they leave for the break from the company services and need to inform the company one week before joining back. The charge will be held for classes beginning after the break. Once the outstanding sessions are total, then the fee will be due. It is not an additional fee; it is just as the student is paying us for the classes, He/She will take after the break to reserve the schedule.

A partial payment for freezing the session is only accepted in case the student has availed 6 or less sessions after the due date and need a break.



We give your child homework to do at home only on your choice and bring for marking at the next session. You are required to make sure that your child does their homework as unfinished homework may affect their progression in our sessions. We encourage parents to make their child check their answers before being checked by our instructor. It also helps you monitor progress as it keeps you aware of their results and help the student reach their grade level quicker. We encourage students to review their previously completed work, which is essential and can be a tool to promote self-learning ability.

The teacher will assign homework to the understudy in the final session of the week, which will be due in the upcoming session.


Behavior and Class Environment:

Your Cloud Campus is an Online Tuition Academy and certain standards are strictly adhered to by both the student and the teaching staff. To keep an atmosphere suitable for to studying, only student can enter breakout rooms on Zoom.

It is recommended for a better communication and effective learning that both the parties stay in the breakout with their cameras on. The screen must be shared by either of the party throughout the lesson. The student and teacher both should have the separate space with no background noises and elements of distraction.

Parents who don’t want their kids to turn on the camera during the class will notify the Academic Manager on the company’s emails.



We respect and follow national and religious practices. Our Centre will be closed every year on the following days and occasions. Particular dates of center closings will distribute on our social media outlets, site, entrance and ordinarily communicated in the last class.

•        9th and 10th Moharram Ul Haram

•        Teacher’s Day

Makeovers are not applicable for Official holidays.


Parent Teacher Meeting

Parents can always ask for a parent-teacher meeting at any point by informing on the company’s contact details. The academic manager will respond with a set time within the duration maximum of 24hours after checking the teacher’s availability. Guardians can share complaints and recommendations at the end of their kids’ regular lessons and within the presence of the assigned academic manager.

PTM’s are arranged on Zoom Meeting IDs of Your Cloud Campus.


Monthly Tests

The set least enrollment of the understudy in your cloud campus is 12 sessions in a month. In like manner, instructors take a formal test of the understudy in the 6th session of all the points secured in the first 5 sessions and in the last session of all the points secured in the month. Instructors yield the report of the test to their assigned academic managers.


Student Reports:

A monthly report of the understudy is sent to the guardians after the completion of the sessions enlisted alongside the invoice from Your Cloud Campus. The report covers the learning capacity of the understudies, their behavior within the classroom, reliability or participation, and the course secured in that specific months.

School consultation by parents is also required to see progress/grades improvement and session plannings.


Decamp Students:

Decamp alludes to a circumstance, where an understudy doesn’t show up for continuous three sessions without any earlier notice and doesn’t react to reminder calls and messages.

The company considered such understudies as discontinued from the services. On the other side, in case the understudy shows up back before the due date, The company will give just the remaining classes till the billing date and the missed sessions will not be compensated with Makeovers and the understudy ought to pay on the billing date to proceed the services. In such a case, the company is only bound to allocate any available resource of the same capacity and time to the understudy.


Class Adjustments

If the student wants to discontinue at any point, The pending classes are non-transferable to any siblings or friends enrolled with Your Cloud Campus. Only relevant students can avail their classes.


Fee Adjustments:

The possibility of adjusting the fee of one student to another is not possible due to the business structure and automated management system of Your Cloud Campus. The student has to complete the classes himself before discontinuing from the services with us.


Subject Switch Request:

We at Your Cloud Campus allow the student to switch the subject once a month. If the student wants to change the subject, The student needs to complete the number of classes with the assigned teacher of the enrolled subject before switching to the other. There will be no trial class for the subject change. The student will decide in the next regular session with the new teacher. A free trial or demo class is only for new sign-ups to show the teaching methodology and techniques adopted by the company.


Teacher Change from the Management:

The administration reserves the right to change any student’s teacher. However, the academic manager must obtain the guardian’s permission before changing the instructor. The teacher assigned to the student must be of the same caliber. Before moving the schedule, the academic manager will set up a free trial class with the new teacher.


Teacher Change Request:

Your Cloud Campus always strives to maintain the quality of classes for customer retention and satisfaction. The student can request the teacher change to the academic manager at any point with a legitimate reason and time of at least a week to reschedule the class to another teacher.

This process will not affect the date of payment, the company will compensate missed classes as makeovers, and the academic manager will provide the schedule of makeovers with the new teacher to the student along with the invoice.


Late fee submission Policy:

Your Cloud Campus is an employee-focused firm that provides academic assistance in over 13 countries across the world. The company functions on the basis of recurring monthly payments. Students’ timely payments are a significant aspect in engaging teachers and other management staff with the same quality and punctuality. After the due date, the firm charges $5 or equivalent as late fee fine. Once enforced, the late fine is irreversible.


Fee Increase:

Your Cloud Campus reserves the right to increase the tuition cost at any moment with no less than 30 days’ notice. Normally, the fee increase is applied in the following conditions.

The student’s grade or level rises.

The company has revised its overall tariff.

The subject was changed to a specialized course.


Annual fee policy:
