5 Achievable And Smart New Year’s Resolutions

Forgive all who wronged you. Embrace all of your faults. Say thanks for each little happiness you have. Worry not for the future. Think positive and have positive in return. Give the world the best you can. Help the needy and ask blessings from thy Lord not only for yourself but for all the humanity around you.

Let us plan the “New Year 2021″ differently. Let us all plan our New Year resolutions before the ball drops on December 31, 2020.

Let us move ahead with a few of the quotes before we discuss “5 Achievable And Smart New Year’s (2021) Resolutions

“Be the one who nurtures and builds. Be the one who has an understanding and a forgiving heart one who looks for the best in people. Leave people better than you found them.” (Marvin J. Ashton)

“Let us forgive each other – only then will we live in peace.” (Leo Nikolaevich Tolstoy)

“Without forgiveness life is governed by an endless cycle of resentment and retaliation.” (Roberto Assagioli)

Why do New Years Resolutions fail?

Why do New Years Resolutions fail? Mainly, because they are only a statement, or what we wish for in the coming year. There are usually no action plans, no deadlines, no backup plans. Sometimes they are unrealistic resolutions, with no other thought or plans besides the statement. (Catherine Pulsifer)

Another reason is,

A failure to take precise and deliberate action is the reason why so many New Year’s resolutions and other goals fail.  (Jordan Ring)

This year consider not to forget the tip that you will start with easy to go with the resolution, do not make them complicated for yourself. Let me be very precise in explaining my point.

1. Read At Your Maximum

It is a perfect time to snuggle up with new books. Believe you this that it will take you very near the success ladder in your life.

See for yourself these famous people of your time and their reading habits.

· Warren Buffet business tycoon, American investor, and the chairman and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway is in the habit of reading 500 pages per day.

· Mark Cuban, the owner of the National Basketball Association’s (NBA), and chairman of AXS TV reads for 3 hours every day.

· computer programmer and entrepreneur and the co-founder of Microsoft Corporation Bill Gates is in the habit of reading 50 books per year.

Isn’t it inspiring?

So make reading habit one of your major resolutions of this year.

2. Avoid Alchohol

This year improve your immune system, your overall health by reducing or leaving alcohol altogether. Why waste money and why destroy the blessing of health you have? So add avoiding alcohol to your new year’s resolutions. If it seems difficult to you remember these words,

“First you take a drink, then the drink takes a drink, then the drink takes you.”  (F. Scott Fitzgerald)

3. Stop Smoking Altogether

Save your lungs and the lungs of the people around you. Save money and a valuable asset by saving yourself. Jumpstart on ditching this bad habit of yours if you have. The tip is you can start by reducing the number of smoking and then taking it to zero levels. Show zero tolerance to yourself when it comes to leaving behind a bad habit like smoking. If it seems difficult to you, try cramming Tony Robbins beautiful words,

“It is in your moments of decision that your destiny is shaped.” (Tony Robbins)

4. Grow Plants And Trees

Believe me that this habit will take you very near to nature. According to a study, if you start taking care of the plants and trees, it will add a positive impact on your blood pressure and nervous system. This very habit will enhance your concentration level.

Do remember this beautiful line

The glory of gardening: hands in the dirt, head in the sun, heart with nature. To nurture a garden is to feed not just the body but the soul. (Alfred Austin)

5. Start Sharing Your Resolutions With others

Whatever new Year resolutions you may have, share them with others. This thing will help you keep on trying to achieve what you planned for. According to a study the more you share your resolution the better are the chances that you focus more on your plans.

And forget not to share what you achieved this way you will get motivation which is the basic need for you on the road towards success.

This will also help you to look up to the beauty of your dreams.

Finally, remember Louisa May Alcott’s words, these may work for you as an inpiration, she says,

Far away there in the sunshine are my highest aspirations. I may not reach them, but I can look up and see their beauty, believe in them, and try to follow where they lead. (Louisa May Alcott, Author Little Women)
